Is it just me or has anyone else never understood, but just accepted the fact that God says He is, “I AM”? It’s never made sense to me, yet I’ve never questioned it. So this morning, I asked God what He meant by that and all of a sudden He answered it with all of these questions…and answers.
Who is your creator? I am.
Who is your provider? I am.
Who is your protector? I am.
Who is the love of your life? I am.
Who is always going to be there for you? I am.
Who is your comforter? I am.
Who is your leader and your guide? I am.
Who is your healer? I am.
Who is your source of life? I am.
Who is completely trustworthy? I am.
Who is your teacher? I am.
Who is your supplier? I am.
Who is your husband? I am.
Who is your father? I am.
Who is your strength? I am.
Who is the living one? I am.
Who is the one who holds the keys of death and the grave? I am.
Who is alive forever and ever? I am.
Who is love? I am.
Who is rich? I am.
Who is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? I am.
Who is the one who satisfies? I am.
Who is your everything? I am.
Who is the Alpha and the Omega – the beginning and the end? I am.
Who is, who always was and who is still to come? I am.
So….needless to say, I believe I understand it now. Thank You Father for being the GREAT I AM!
